The quote above isn’t one that someone might associate with motherhood. After all, a baby is a gift, joyous and amazing. This is all true. But some days are difficult, sleepless nights, uncertainty. It can be hard. And yet, a new mom always stops to notice the beautiful things… taking it all in and soaking up the scent, the sounds, and the feel of her new little one. I love to watch that happen. I love my job.
