sweet girls… sweet family

a river, icecream, strawberries, little dresses, a playground, apples, dolls, and love.  perfect.

you may remember these two little ones from this post from their family portraits two years ago.  they are as cute now as they were then.   maybe even more cute if that is even possible.  the session was such fun that it ran well over the designated hour but i just didn’t want to leave.

i wonder if Anna ever found her apples.  :)  she picked up some little green apples at the start of the session and put them in to the pocket of her shorts.  i think she had her pants changed 3 or 4 times during the session.  at the end we walked past the apple tree again, she stopped… reached in to the pocket of her capris and looked confused for a moment.  we watched.  she looked up and said “do you think maybe i changed my pants”?  totally serious. totally confused. totally cute.

i had such a difficult time choosing the pictures to put up as a sneak peek and didn’t want to ruin the surprise for the family when they see all of the images so i may have to post more later!
