Headshots for Katie and her Mom.  Katie was needing some headshots done for her interior design business which she is joining along with her Mom.  They are wonderful people and I enjoyed our time we spent doing the headshots and chatting about interior design.  Meet Katie and don’t forget to visit the decorating den….

Today I thought I would share some of the images that I am shooting the catalogue for  these super cool hats!  I’ve seen them all over Calgary and love them.  Every time I see a child wearing one I swear they look happy, how could they not with such a cute animal on their head keeping them warm and cozy.  We went skiing/snowboarding last week-end and I even saw some Mom’s and Dad’s sporting them as well.

You’ve probably seen them around and may recognize a few of the more popular ones like the sock monkey that is my personal favorite.  Knitwits has done a spin on the sock monkey and have created it in different colors.  How fun is that?  I am loving shooting the pictures for the catalogue, it is so much fun to hang out with the kids and to shoot outdoors in the winter which I love.  I’m shooting the next batch this week and hope to share some more soon.  Thank you to everyone that replied to the Calgary Casting call I had for this shoot.  I appreciate all of the wonderful little models.

catalogue photography for Knitwits

Michelle Wells Photography is looking for approximately 10 – 15 little models that are interested in  modeling hats for a company out of Toronto.  I will be shooting in Calgary in January and possibly early February.  The shoots will take place on two separate days and each model would be needed for approximately 15 – 30 minutes.  This will take place outdoors so the dates will be chosen according to the weather.  If you are interested and have a child between the ages of 1 and 9 please email a picture of your child to me at michellewellsphotography@shaw.ca.  I am looking for cute children with big bright eyes.  If you are a current client you can just send an email, no picture is needed.
